BOOK REVIEW: The Girl in the Glass: A Novel by Susan Meissner (Paperback)

The Girl in the Glass: A Novel

This is the first book I have ever read by Susan Meissner, but it will definitely not be the last!!  This novel  is about family and the relationships that occur in families. This is a book about real life issues. Divorce, bad decisions, and secrets.
The beginning part of the story is set in the United States. With an inkling toward Italy, then finally it is in Florence, Italy.
The book weaves three stories into one satisfying conclusion.  The ending seems as if it could have honestly happened.
As I said in the beginning of this review, I look forward to reading more books by Ms. Meissner.
I received a free copy of this book from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing's-"Blogging for Books" in exchange for my fair and honest review.

WELCOME to my NEW BLOG!!

Hello to all of my followers (all 9 of you) Lol!  I also want to say a big hello to my new followers/readers.  If you enjoy reading my posts, please become a follower.  I enjoy seeing where everyone is from and hearing about your blogs and lives.
I have changed the name of my blog and am going to be posting different topics.  My last blog was mostly about books I read and reviewed.  I will still review some books, but will add some of what is happening in my life.  I discovered that as you go through this journey known as life, things change!  Some changes are expected, some are wanted, some are dreaded, and some are surprises.  I feel it's how we handle these changes that makes all the difference!
So, get ready to see some photos, read some updates in my life, and just enjoy the company of a typical southern lady.  I'm honored you chose to visit.
More Later,
Donna
